Cancellation policy

We are a mobile bartending business, and many of our classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled event/class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another client. We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or amend an appointment. Please note, deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance will be refunded to you. However, if you do not cancel with at least 7 days notice, you will lose any payments you have already made. In the event that the service is cancelled on our behalf within the 7 day time window, we are happy to honour this booking for a future date.

Can I create a custom package?

Certainly, email us at hello@boozyshaker.co.uk with your request and let’s get creating together.

I have a favourite cocktail that's not on your menu. Can I add this?

Sure! I have extensive cocktail experience and I love to hear my customers favourites! We will add this to our menu for you, and your guests to enjoy.

I would like to hire for you to bartend for 5 hours instead of your standard 3. Is this possible?

Absolutely! My Personal Bartending package is priced at 3 hours and I charge £20 for each additional hour after this.

Is a deposit needed?

Yes, I take a 30% deposit upfront. If you change your date, this deposit will carry over to the new date. Please note, our deposits are non-refundable. Please check our cancellation policy for more information.

What payment type do you accept?

Yes, we accept bank transfer, PayPal and cash.
